Birthday Cake Overnight Oats

Delicious cake batter flavored overnight oats, made with healthy ingredients.

Cook Time: 4hr 5 minutes (5 minutes prep, 4 hours chill time) Yield: 2 small jars

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, and salt until combined.
  2. Add the almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the bowl. Stir vigorously until well-incorporated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to thicken.
  4. Remove the oatmeal from the fridge and gently stir in the sprinkles. Transfer the oatmeal to small jars or bowls for serving.
  5. Top the overnight oats with coconut whipped cream and additional sprinkles, if desired.
