Simple, low effort sourdough recipe with consistent results. Make sure to have a fed and active starter before beginning.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, bulk ferment 8-12 hours at room temperature. Fold every 1-4 times, 30 minutes in between folds
  2. Proof in fridge overnight
  3. Preheat oven with dutch ovens inside at 500°F for 1 hour
  4. Bake 20 minutes covered, 15-25 minutes uncovered.
